Analysis of Experience Process for Customers of Themed Restaurants in Taiwan

Abstract
This study focuses on the process of consumers' experience of themed restaurants and examines the experience of customers in themed restaurants. The primary source of information was searching for user-generated content about the experience process. First, the text is analysed using content analysis. Afterwards, this study underwent binary logistic regression analysis. This study found that different themed restaurants have different experience process models.
