Abstract

The paper is about the study on e-banking services and risk perception regarding Trivandrum. Today, banks are using considerable funds to provide differentiated services to their customers from their competitors by using new software or providing new innovative services like internet banking, mobile banking, credit/debit card, and many others. For understanding various significant relationships, different type of analysis used. After analyzing the questionnaire results, banks provide innovative services day by day. However, still, there are a lot of customers who are even not aware of these services. The usage of these services is a different issue. The user's significant problems are slow speed in working and more time taking in fund transfer. Still, they focus only on delivering innovative services to the customers, not focusing too much on them. Also, there is a need to know the customers about the bank's services use and benefits. The preference for e-banking services is cost charge and good service. Identifying and evaluating customer perceptions of e-banking services offers a reference frame and the quality dimension associated with them.
